Evreux Veterans Day Reunion

Col. Patrice LeMao did a wonderful job organizing the reunion events.

The French Air Force Commandos performed tactical demonstrations for the visiting American veterans. Parachute jumps, hand to hand combat and attack dog demonstrations were among the many events.

Mrs. Oralee Worley, widow of Col. Earl Worley, first USAF Base Commander at Evreux.

French Air Force honor guard at a memorial ceremony for U.S. Army PFC Roger Boender who died in an accident on base in 1955.
