Raymond J. Vasinda Sr, 93, of Plano, Texas passed away on April 19th,2022 surrounded by his family. Ray was born in East Butler Valley, Pennsylvania on April 29, 1928 and has been married to his loving wife Julie for 72 years. He is survived by his wife, Julie; his children Ray Jr (Debbie), Mark (Sheri), and Susan; his brother Paul (Karen), 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Ray served with the 317th at Lockbourne AFB, Ohio. He later retired from the US Air Force in 1969 as a Sr Master Sergeant after many tours of duty in Europe and the Americas, then retired from Texas Instruments finally retiring from the Catholic community of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in 2012. He was proud of his family, faith, and his service in the military, community, and the various offices he held in the Knights of Columbus in local, district and state levels.
