Robert D. "Bob" Hughes, Age: 83

Bob volunteered for the United States Air Force in 1962 and served at Evreux-Fauville Air Base in France, Lockbourne Air Base in Columbus, Ohio, Clark Air Base in the Philippines and Pope Air Base in Fayetteville, NC. His specialty was electronic maintenance on the C-130A aircraft. During his time in the Air Force Bob developed lifelong friends. He was very active in starting reunions for the USAF 317th Veterans Group and served as the group Treasurer for many years.
